Final Project Taking Shape

One week left to the semester and I am pleased to report that my final project is taking shape in a meaningful way. I've made a lot of progress since my last post where I said my project is facing serious difficulties. I'm in a better place now.

I started putting together a website for this project: lightpollution.ixora.io. Currently the key accomplishment is the interactive light pollution map. That part is basically done. Next I need to add the critical design project I've been working on which describes a method for guiding migrating birds around dangerous light polluted areas. In addition, I am going to add more pages to document the research I've done along the way. Certainly I will include the Constraint-Based Daily Practice. What other sections would be valuable?

And a minor point but worth mentioning is that the project website works great from a mobile phone. That's perhaps irrelevant for this project but is something I'll keep in mind for future projects.

One week to go and I'm going to be hard at work finishing this project and making something I'll be proud of.
